should have done something earlier in the day involving cardio

but i didn't! i had to get my wardrobe for work in order...which i did.

then went on a walk with hughmac3 and larry (my dog) in the woods.

then got beaten at poker by a very cheeky person.

now i will do the core dvd b/c my body is saying stay inside!

first day on the job (i have to admit i was thinking about running around the golf course quite a bit today)

wow

lots of things to do and people to meet ! spent an hour or two in human resources signing papers, then i basically looked through all the files the previous horticulturist left behind...trying to make sense of everything...contacted vendors, introduced myself...weighed in on a decision about where to plant a tree...(though why didn't i ask - why in winter?) and a lot of other stuff. pages of notes in my notebook , hope they make sense tomorrow...my brain is boiled!!

i get a meal everyday .. guess when lunch is? 10:30am!

think i walked about 2 miles at the K of P mall looking for a damn coat! needed to do yoga to undo the shopping experience. it's so much overstimulation. it's a like a small city there! (i guess i really need to get out more.) wanted to do some cardio today but i'm feeling extra pooped, don't know why. i guess i'll conserve my energy for the work week which starts manana!
