Day 4 of dreaded illness. Coughing up great green gobs of greasy grimy gopher guts.

2 workouts via Ion network at 22:30 each; one for back and abs, the other a "flow" class. i needed to get the blood flowing alright!! i think it at least made me feel a bit less sorry for myself.

not only am i sick (poor me) but my doggie is injured - limping. he did something funky to his front right leg coming down the back steps at my parents house. took him to vet, probably not necessary but reassuring. most likely his leg is just sprained. i am to monitor and if it gets worse go back for $200 xrays.

Walk around town with Hughmac3...lots of runny noses, coughing and spitting! Nice to get out of the house. Second interview at Merion went well...find out next week. Fingers crossed!

Crum / Smedley trails -- dusk with headlamp. Left hip and quad hurting. Hm.
Got a lot done on the DVOA newsletter today, and will finish what I have tonight. It's going to the printer's next week! Let's hope for smooth sailing all around.
