TNT BRRRRR 25 degrees with winds at 16 mph = 13 degrees, i think the coldest i have run in so far.

forgot to turn on watch so missed recording one mile (was waiting for the beep after 4 laps at the track and noticed.) added 10 minutes for first mile, but it might have been faster. the rest of the miles between 9:36 and 9:42.

FUN dinner afterwards with ahlswedes, tom o, sandy f, dasha and clem. all rock stars IMHO. Happy birthday Clem!

after the last two days of running, i'm wondering if i really did run 5 miles at 9:18/mi at the indoor track last week. i was in the middle lane the whole time, perhaps the mileage is not quite 5? at any rate, i find it hard to get that pace even on flat streets. my body just doesn't want to go that fast!

Hips were feeling tight, so I tried Power Yoga for hips, something I recorded off of the Ion channel. Nice thing to do before bed - all deep hip stretching (and one balance pose.) I thought I had been stretching my hips pretty well but this really opened them up!

30 minute show minus commercials.
