something new on netflix - denise austin...don't know if i love her or can't stand her yet....she has 2 workouts on one dvd (amazon prime free streaming!) with a big intro explaining some basics of pilates. i was pleasantly challenged by this-- i did the first and most of the second before the dog started whining to go out.

Indoor track at Healthplex, a treat from Julie!! GPS watch didn't work inside, but it was good for my brain to be thinking about the math as I ran. Some teenage boy there was doing like 6 min miles and looked so springy...like some kind of gazelle. I wish!

YES i did a headstand!

it only lasted for about 3 seconds.

but I DID IT!

it's all about karate chopping your forearms into the ground, and letting your forearms and shoulders do the work.
