Ridley Yellow from 2010, just to see how fast I can go. (which is not fast!) Jogged most of way, had to walk some of the long uphill stretches. Went to all the features except for the 2nd to last - a ruin covered in brambles so thick I couldn't even see it. GPS says I went 2.56 miles, but I'm keeping the distance in the course length km for comparison's sake.

Training with Dad on last years December Brown course at Ridley. Very very helpful for building "off trail" confidence. A lot of conferring and hence not moving the whole time but I still got a pretty good hike in, and learned a lot. Thanks Dad!

jogged 1st mile: 10:30min. the rest was about 100 paces jogging / 100 paces walking, adjusting for traffic.
