my new pedometer app thinks i'm not going as far as i thought i was...and therefore slower...hmmm...i thought this was around 3.7 miles, quite a difference. this is a version of dad's 4 mile route. i will do the 4 mile route with the new app on and see what it says...and tomorrow the 2 mile route. maybe all this time i haven't really been walking that fast.
