Orienteering 1:04:27 [3] 3.0 km (21:29 / km) +623ft 16:19 / km

Powissett, Caryl Park. Messed up Yellow Course pretty badly, I blame the map -haha- and some overexuberance on my part. Control #2 seems to be my downfall. :)

Walk (streets) 30:00 [2]

Around Woobs.

Stressful week, and I have to work tomorrow also. Squeezed a jog in tonight in between a Larry walk and dinner. Well still haven't had dinner yet.

2 mile loop in town. Just wanting to be gentle today especially since I don't usually work out in the morning. I think I should do this more often! It's a nice way to start the day.

Note

hello attackpoint...i didn't go to yoga last night because i think my body needed a break. specifically my back. my back has been really good but i do feel it's not 100% and i really don't want to push it til it breaks. i would like to be jogging every day, but that's a no-no for all my joints. i think the key for what i've learned over the past year for myself is GRADUAL is best. like dipping your toe into a pool rather than diving in. and it's hard because my personality has always been the other way--diving headfirst and going all out. i guess these are life lessons. to be balanced, to be gradual, not to make a decision in one flash of an instant.
