I just attempted a lunchtime yoga class near where I work. Apparently all the yoga I've been doing is for babies, because this was just too hard for me - I had to leave halfway through. It was very fast--"Ok, get into your warrior 3 pose, now do the crow, kick your legs out and do Upward Dog" etc. Guess I need to practice a little more before I can do this. Also, I think I just prefer the slower moving more breath oriented meditative yoga - don't know what that's called.
