Yoga 1:00:00 [3]

Yoga Class at the Wellness Center again. I didn't like this instructor as much, but it was still good. She assumed we knew all the crazy yoga pose names, and I was a bit at a loss. Then I got a 15 minute massage afterwards...my neck and shoulders are really sore from stress at work. Think I'll make this combo a regular habit. Yay Saturday Spring Supermoon!

At 4pm, the Boss comes into my office and whispers "it's St Patricks Day. Let's all sneak away and drink beer." Can't really say no to that, can you? So we left early and I had one beer, excited to be able to catch a little more of the light and the beautiful weather in Horn Pond Woods - which was crazy busy with people! (Except the way-off trails, which we used. Larry and I that is.)

B is down in Florida and went fishing today, catching Sea Trout, Mackerel, and Ladyfish--and seeing Dolphin, Shark, and Manatee! 3 Sea Trout were keepers and they ate them for dinner. I've never eaten one of those before...I'm having frozen Cod for dinner.

Elliptical machine...need to up my resistance and elevation next time. my body is getting used to it.

The usual circuit. was doing free weights next to a lady pumping iron who was embarrassingly sweating buckets....from her crotch area. that's why i love the Y!
