Pine Hill Woods...first 45 minutes i did as fast as i could...then i got pretty out of breath so i slowed down for the last 15 min. heart was skipping a few beats and my chest felt tight (this has happened recently when i'm really working hard.) think it's normal? or anxiety freakishness?

oh baby. streets and then trails - around horn pond. pretty fast but don't know the mileage. wasn't wearing quite enough clothes. hips hurt, back twinges a little. did a little core and stretching after that i'm not counting here. pooped!

went into work today for a meeting...going to start back to work next week instead of the following week--o boy! and since B will be away, i'll be the master dogwalker. i have to keep this good momentum going even if it means taking a street walk during my lunch hour. too bad my gym is so far away...

Horn Pond Woods--the Poop Luge is no longer icy...it felt GREAT to be out there in the 50 degree weather, wearing my new shoes and feeling so light! what has been normally taken an hour to do took 40 minutes, because i was going fast (even 'jogging' at times!) and the traction was so much better. i wonder what Pine Hill is like...i'll have to explore it later this week with a map.

Oh, also, ran into a guy who said he'd seen a coyote pretty close to the trails!
