a short trip to the gym - probably not such a good idea given the condition of the roads, but i like a little adventure - did a quick version of my usual workout. heart rate up on the ride home - think i was the only non-plow driving.

tried some yoga from the netflix options! some of the positions i can't do because of my back but i did the best i could...hard to look at tv and do positions at same time...favorite line from 'yoga for health' - "relax your teeth!"

that's exACTly what i need to do!

cracked my tooth open last night on some popcorn, there's a gaping hole in my head now! dentist appointment this afternoon. i am filled with dread.
