surprise! they have a treadmill up here in the hills. AND a stationary bike. B went on the bike while i did the treadmill (walking fast), listening to willie nelson's holiday tunes. stretching and abs too. this after a small hike by a frozen ashuelot pond, where we spied 2 snowshoers out on the ice--they looked like they were having a great time!

10 min elliptical; strength + core circuit. did some of the strength x2 which is new for me since i'm getting stronger! gym was cuh-razy busy. ho ho ho!

15 min elliptical; strength and core circuit; 20 min elliptical...why was this so hard today? On a positive note, B is sticking to his gym routine too!
