Park Race 1, Wandle Park. Not a bad run, but a bit loose in places. Big hesitation working out 7, 20s, looked early for 12, 10s, wrong side of the fence 13, 20s, wrong way around to 18, 10s, slow to 20, 5s, missed the track down to 21, 10s, indecisive and then looked early for 24, 10s

8th place I think, so solid start to the series. Not too worse for wear.

16km, with the last 6 at 4:00 pace. Around Hyde Park. Thought the 4:00 was going to be pretty tough, but it was ok.

8 miles w/ 8x 100m strides. Around the Serpentine and back.

These strides seem much harder than they used to. All good though

Ah, just saw that they were 2-3 seconds faster than usual! That'll make it harder!

5 mile recovery. Tower bridge and Waterloo bridge. A bit quick really for genuine "recovery". More like general. Felt good. Calves were fine
