Lake G parkrun - post injury PB and improved by about 40 secs. Happy with that :)

In preparation for Fitz's Challenge, Chris & I rode 3 reps of Black Mtn, Dairy Farmers Hill, coffee at Yarralumla Nursery, picnic lunch at Yacht club, Bilby's bike skill session as Campbell Park offices and back home again. Great day out - lots of fun and very enjoyable.

Bilby's session at Civic - lots of talking, some drills and lucky for my shoulder not too much swimming.

Bilby's training at Dickson - OMG 2km warm up and drills ... intervals: 600, 400, 200, 600 with 200 recovery (1 x set) very short option!! I think I did something like 1.5 sets and did a beautiful cool down with 2 laps barefoot. Bliss.
