RTWAH - very careful and cautious. Going over bumps and uneven ground hurts and I take my foot off pedal :-(

Yeah. It felt great to be out there in the beautiful sunshine riding around Lake G. Pushing off with my left leg hurts a little bit but other than that it is exciting to find something that is do-able with my still quite swollen calf. The compression socks def help and lots of Fisiocrem.

Kowen East - enjoyed it until I stepped into a ditch/hole and badly overstretched my calf muscles. Luckily it happened at the 2nd last control racing to a control and my limping back to assembly wasn't too bad.
Apparently technical term is Old Man's calf injury and quite common. Does that make me feel better? NO.
