Lake G parkrun with Liz - Liz has now been consistently running under 29 mins and is running really strong. Great job.

Saturday O-ing at Farrer Ridge
Opted for shorter Orange course as I have a sore lower back and have done some running and cycling already. Nice focused effort and fairly good flow.
1.29 behind David Stocks who won Orange 2.
Good course by Shep :)

Black Mtn run up
Very small group today and was last one to arrive ;-) Started off at the very back but managed to overtake a few people. Managed to run the whole way but struggled. 2nd best time on Black Mtn which is not bad.

Running to start of race and back down the hill afterwards. Legs are feeling good after half marathon :)

Achilles Running Group - lovely relaxed pace around Lake G with Naomi. Legs felt a bit stiff after yesterday's Half marathon but very happy with how recovery is going. Some soreness around left knee (hamstring insertion) and right glutes. Lots of foam rolling and spiky ball therapy.
