Fantastic orienteering training day at Buckenderra in perfect conditions - maybe a little bit on the cool side.
Training 1 - control picking - some of white streamers not there so picking correct features was a good exercise in itself :)
Training 2 - planning ahead
Training 3 - relocation with David P and Matt S - need to practice more ;)
Training 4 - night O which was great fun and my favourite

Twilight at Lake Ginninderra
My right foot had been sore all day and more running was probably not really what it needed. Anyway, plodded around and struggled through the high grass but it was fun overall and only lost about 30 secs on #15. Liked one control out on the jetty which was a bit of a novelty :)

Nice and refreshingly cool this morning. Wore arm sleeves :)
