Really nice run up over durras mountain from merry beach, down to clear point and return (back up steep climb!). Lots of climb but really enjoyed it and felt pretty good. Greg can for first bit but turned around before going down to beach.

Nice run on the beach at merry beach with Greg. Legs were sore at start and felt much better by the end.

Ran to work and did my fave 10x 1' hills on Bruce ridge on the way. Was happy with times -65", 61", 61", 60", 61", 59", 61", 60", 61", 61". Tough but fun and finally felt completely rid of my cold.
