Long ride with Cathy and marina over to stromlo. I'm not bike fit and was very tired by end! Hills were tough. Fun though.

Great run with kathie around lake g, plus an extra lap of ovals to get to 13km. Forgot to restart watch after crossing road early on so not exact time and distance, but average pace was 4:56/km which was pretty good!

Ints on the ovals with al - 4x 800m (400m recovery jog). We ran hard and did 3:26 (4:18/km), 3:30 (4:23), 3:25 (4:17), 3:24 (4:16). Pretty happy with that! Did 4x10 split squat jumps at end.
