Tourist run at Gold Coast from caravan park towards the spit. Not feeling great and a bit of a headache but really enjoyed going out for an easy run in the lovely warm weather!

Met Kate at lunch and did ints on O'Connor oval. Sun came out so it was quite nice running! Hard session, 8 x 400m (40"), 3' jog, 4x 100m (40").

Gossan hills with Shannon - first one steady (8:23), 2nd one at a pb effort (8:10) then 4 x1' (1'). Was a bit disappointed with my time but I found it hard in the dark. Felt quite good and enjoyed it anyway, hamstring is pretty good now.
