Running hills 55:00 [4] 8.0 km (6:53 / km) shoes: Asics gel 2000 orange
Did Andy's famous 5 hills for first time in ages. Didn't time it but just tried to put in a good effort up the hills and jog down. Was tough but I felt quite strong after I warmed up (legs were a bit weary to start with) and was happy with my run. Nice to be out running during the day.
Swam 1km and focused on good technique and tried to do a pb (I did, yay!). unfortunately I can't remember exact time except that I was pumped and I think it was 21 something...
