RPM class. Always hard but fun.

Swimming 25:00 [3]

Swam 1km after spin class. Was tired! No clock so don't know how long but didn't feel particularly fast!

Cold run in foggy morning but I enjoyed it anyway because I ran up black mountain! Bit of a milestone as haven't run up a mountain for months (although most runs have included hills). Hamstring was pretty good and just a little bit sore by the end.

Swam 1.5km before work. Didn't really feel like going but was glad I did.

Felt tired when I got up but ok once I got going and actually felt quite good! Hip flexor ok, glute/hamstring quite low level sore and it was lovely morning and I enjoyed it! Did 35' 'fartlek' (15' (2' jog), 5' (1' jog), 6x 30" (30" walk), 2' (1' jog), 3x40" (20" jog)). Was fun!

Bit of a crappy gym session, somehow pulled my hip flexor on 2nd physio exercise and so couldn't quite do all I wanted plus it was really sore!

Went for run during day with Kathie around lake g. It was raining and I wasn't feeling 100% with a sort of sore throat but went anyway, talked ourselves into doing ints and did 5x4' (1') then 4x30" (30"). Was ok once we got going but I Felt quite tired.

Swam 2km in the early morn. Was pretty happy with my time!
