shoes: Asics gel 2000 orange

Run with Kathie around Aranda hill and little black mountain loop. Glute a bit sore but not too bad and hamstring tendon felt ok so that was all good. Was a bit of a harder effort than my usual long runs so tired by end but was a great run.

RPM class at gym. Was a bit disappointed at new policy for no bonus tracks in weekend classes anymore but not too upset! Class was really hard!

Swam 600m (ran out of time to do any more). Tried to go fast but was a bit off my pb km pace.

Ran to work and did an increasing tempo effort on way; 30' increasing effort every 6'. Hamstring/glute felt not too bad.

Massive ride from wandi to beechworth on the rail trail via bright, myrtleford and Everton. Fun, beautiful trail especially through autumn trees, and mostly downhill to Everton but the last 15km was a slog up to beechworth! Really enjoyed it.
