Very slow and cruisey ride from wandi on some single tracks along the river. Wasn't all that pumped to head out but was glad I went.

shoes: Asics gel 2000 orange

Easy run in montmorency along the river to test out glute/hamstring tendon. Was a little bit sore (2/10) but way better than Tuesday.

Met Kathie and had planned to do a couple of gossan hill loops but hamstring tendon was feeling too sore and I had to abandon :(. Not happy.

Fortunately I happened to have an appointment with Cathy today where I was meant to get next set of exercises but luckily could ask her about sore glute. Happy to say that it doesn't seem like I've re-injured my tendon which is what i was worried about as it did feel a bit like that, but my pelvis is all out of alignment and hamstring and hip flexor is very tight and sore. Have to do lots of roller and massage ball type things and see how it goes.

Walked to work. Hamstring/glute quite sore:(. I don't know why it's feeling so much worse all of a sudden.
