Ran with Kathie, al, Shannon and mace over to the arboretum and back in the rain. My hamstring tendon was quite sore today; much sorer than it's been for weeks which was really annoying, and my blocked ear not helping my mood.

Road ride up black mtn x3. Was quite consistent and not horribly slow so I was happy about that! Nice morning out.

1.5km swim before work. Sort of couldn't be bothered but enjoyed it once I was there.

Had a great run into work this morning via usual Bruce ridge/O'Connor ridge. Did Telford fartlek (1x 4', 2x 3', 3x2', 4x1' each with 1' recovery). Beautiful morning and lovely to be out running. Glute was ok during ints but got bit sore warming down.

Swam 1km. Swam hard and I think I may have actually cracked 22... just. Quite fun!

Ints on the ovals with al and Kathie. Hard but fun, 10x 90" (30"), 2' jog then 4x30" (30"). Glute was pretty good today (because flat?).
