Went for ride from wentworth falls to macmahon's lookout return. Was undulating but not steep dirt road with some tough corrugated sections. Perfect weather and very scenic although was disappointed to find the actual lookout was a further 800m walk from end of road. Didn't end up going as in bike shoes and we'd already walked the national pass (which was fantastic!). Ride was great and rode pretty hard, setting good pace.

Very rugged run from blackheath in blue mountains. Beautiful but extremely slow going! Ran mid arvo and felt a bit sluggish.

Ran to work through Bruce ridge and O'Connor ridge and did monas. Tried to "float" the recovery but didn't really happen. Felt quite good once I warmed up and glute was ok, just a bit sore by end but I think it is improving.
