Swimming 57:40 [3] 2.5 km (23:04 / km)

Swam 2.5km in preparation for next week's event. Made distance ok and was happy to be under an hour, but pool was short course so lots of laps!

Cycling 3:00:00 [3]

Mountain bike ride with Cathy, mostly on Majura (home through Bruce Ridge). I was not very good on the technical stuff but it was a fun ride on a very hot morning. The moon was amazing just before sunrise! Hamstring doesn't feel great afterwards though, it gets a bit sore on the downhill as I am standing on the pedals.

Swam 1.5km in the morning. Really nice and enjoyable.

Ran to work through bruce ridge and lyneham. Such a lovely morning. Run was ok, hamstring tendon a bit sore (2/10 today) but not too bad. Just took it easy today.

RPM class after work. It was so hot and really hard, but good. I didn't realise that the Thursday evening class had an extra track so was a bit devastated as I was stuffed!

Rode to and from work. Was a bit rushed to get to RPM so rode pretty hard in very hot weather on way home!

Swam 1km quite hard. I am definitely getting a bit faster at swimming but also notice that just like Thorpey, I'm quicker in the afternoons. Nice swim.

Did some 'efforts' on the ovals (definitely couldn't call them intervals). Was really nice to try and go a bit harder. Hamstring tendon held up well (2/10) but I wish it would get better more quickly. Lovely morning though and nice to be out running.
