Went for a run around Black mtn in the morning. Was very nice and hamstring was ok, it is feeling a bit better this past week. 1-2/10. Yay!

Swimming 47:00 [3] 2.0 km (23:30 / km)

Swam 2km in 47 mins. Was so happy! Felt good and enjoyed it (except for counting so many short course laps)

Saturday morning RPM class. Really hard work! I am enjoying these classes more now though.

Ran to work. Hamstring tendon feeling heaps better after focusing on exercises bit more- a low 2/10 but just in tendon, glute muscles much less sore.

Swam 1km. Did a good time (for me) so I'm thinking that maybe last week my pb was right! Swam hard and enjoyed it

Slow easy run around gossan hill. Glute/hamstring feeling bit better today, 2/10. I've been working harder on all my exercises and it seems to be helping.

Walk to work. After upping the ante on glute strength exercises it was feeling better today and not as sore walking as it did on Friday.
