Cycling intervals 45:00 [5]

RPM class at gym. Was a bit disappointed at new policy for no bonus tracks in weekend classes anymore but not too upset! Class was really hard!

Good gym session in evening including all my physio exercises

Swimming 13:40 [3] 0.6 km (22:47 / km)

Swam 600m (ran out of time to do any more). Tried to go fast but was a bit off my pb km pace.
