Ran to work via Bruce ridge and O'Connor ridge, and did some intervals on the way (1600m, (2'), 1200m (2'), 800m (1'), 400m (1')). Was fun and felt good (although I am slow!) and hamstring was ok (1/10 and just a bit sorer after a long hill). Was pleased and so nice to be running without pain (just annoying) and finally some improvement in the ol' tendon.
