Started above Skells, down to Little Urswick, Hawkfield, climb to Bolton Heads. Around Highfield Farm, across to Standing Tarn & crop field to finish. Was freezing again overnight but ground still claggy.
Fartlek style again - average HR said 184 but sounds more like max HR.
