Nice afternoon so went for a spin on the bike. Coast road into a head wind, then turned inland to Gleaston, motorway back through Urswicks to Swarthmoor.

Still not sleeping great after the weekend.

Loop of Bigland ridge on lovely sunny morning. Damp & wet underfoot. Very much steady away to reacquaint legs with what running fells like . . . although tbh more like a shuffle towards the end.
