Kirby Moor - Lots of rain over past week has meant that underfoot conditions are more akin to autumn/winter. Marshes have pools of water. Decided not in the mood for hard effort so cruised around starting over Out Park & finishing over Shooting House Hill & still felt ok up final climb back to car.

Lowick Common with Pat - 2 loops. Bracken overhanging trails made it tough to find any rhythm. Some of the time I was maxxing out on breathing so surprised hrm so low.
