NWO - West Woods. First off into the woods - #1 & #2 very hidden - cost 30secs at both. Ran around paths to #6 and came unstuck as ride overgrown for last third of route. Fell going to #10 which jarred right leg and torso. Survival mode afterwards.

Very tired after hard week and two bad nights sleep.
Changed and drove back to Lakes.
