Wainwright Troutbeck Medley. Sour Howes, Sallows, Troutbeck Toungue, Wansfell & Wansfell Pike.
Didn't sleep well yesterday evening so not feeling too chipper. Wansfell ridge took much longer than expected. No rain today though :o).

Graythwaite - Devils Gallop. Nice course - out early so #1 & #7 in slightly wrong place.
Just very hard terrain to physically push through - a lot of walking.
