Cannock Chase CSC Final. Green men 4.4lm.
Ridiculous amount of bracken and brambles meant that those starting between 90 minutes and 2 hours after me had benefit of major tracking up.
Around the paths to #1 and again to #2 & #3.

Easy jog from Birkrigg X-roads, around side, around Sea Wood and back around little Birkrigg.
Trying to ease out the sore points in right calf before Compass Sport Cup final tomorrow.

Right calf began to tighten on 9th so cruised through last 3 efforts.

Kirkby Moor loop.
Found a bit of a weather window inbetween the rain. Ok over Out Park and down & around towards windmills at Brunt Riggs. Feeling tired so missed out "heather corner" and cut along track. Long grind along back of Gunson Height and had to walk last section up to trig point on wall.
Managed to jog down ridge and jog slowly uphill back to car.
HR very high showing cold virus still in system.
