Just for a change it is hot at 10:30am. Very slow jog to start which progressed to being slightly quicker in parts. Chest had settled by the time I reached Gill Banks, then flanks of Flan Fell & Hoad.

Plenty of long legs and made a mess of the first one costing 4 or 5 minutes. Bit of a sufferfest after that.

Kirby Moor loop. Warm day again - never felt that I was going very well. Heather corner normal struggle although managed to jog last climb. Surprised by low HR, especially max HR.
