Out along coast road to Roosebeck O and back. Bike needs a service - lots of grinding noises :-( that I don't think were just me. 47 mins out, 44 mins back. Tired.

Dockney Parrock Night O.
Very wet underfoot. Missed #1 but then settled down. From #8 to #9 decided I should be going south rather than north and faffed for 4 minutes. Then back into the groove ok until #14 where Jo Cleary passed me, and I followed her, and we both missed by 2 or 3mins.
Enjoyable race although sore right calf afterwards.

3 miles run.

From Rothay Hotel, Grasmere. Very wet, felt overdressed at times, cold others. After 3 very poor nights sleep so tired from the off.
