Coast road, Bardsea, Birkrigg, Urswick - short loop to test out Achilles.
Riding without much pain - which is good!

Fell Foot Park run - tried to get into a good rhythm on a warm morning but body never very happy. Left Achilles tweaked just before second lap of the meadows so real shuffle during last mile dropping 4 places. Still, new PB!

Run warm up/down 10:00 [1]

Difficult to raise a shuffle to warm down - left Achilles tight and sore.
Stretching and icing on return home.
