Bluebell run with Rachel & HHH. From Greenodd to Hill Top, Stockbird, Bouth, Old Hall Farm woods and return. Very slow.

Slow jog through Austin Fell woods checking for event on June 1st. Nice in parts.

Out to Swarthmoor, then back over Birkrigg, Scales, Gleaston back via Urswicks. Warm day with gusty wind out of the North East. Rachel complained of being tired and then blitzed me on all of the hills :-(.

Did some bike maintenance to get gears working properly.
Out along coast road to Aldingham and back. Wind still gusting strongly - Pool to Aldingham 20 mins - Aldingham back to Pool 22 mins.

Battleaxe #2 - Skelgyll Woods, Ambleside. Steep & rocky.
Played it safe with mostly uphill legs. Felt ok.

Kirby Moor loop. 145/151/156/157 max heart rate at top of climbs. Tshirt & shorts although strong north wind made it hard work of the forst 3 climbs.
