BCR Winter League - Birkrigg.
Set off with Lyns and Rob McKeever and once we'd got the first 5 mins out of the way felt quite comfortable around flanks and dropped into Sea Wood. Pretty steady around wood and climb back up Birkrigg. Tried to run hard on top and ran out of breath and hrm showing 173 (not bad for max hr of 220 - age = 165)!
Getting tired around second loop, but managed to hold it together through Sea Wood - noticed Lyns nearly back with me on exit. Worked hard uphill despite getting swamped and passed by most of the speedy ones.

Kirkby Moor. Not sure what happened - feeling very lethargic after a bad nights sleep. Dropped down into valley and climbed Shooting House Hill into cold wind. Steady to slow around far end of loop and slow shuffle up steep slope to Out Park.
No idea how I managed to complete so close to the hour.

Jogged out to Swarthmoor to drop some docs off with Sue B. Then around towards Croflands and back via Tennis Centre. Sore legs.

Chapel House old gits run. Up across the fell, through woods, drop onto some tracks, then loop back on road and trails and more road and forest tracks. Not very inspiring.
