Orienteering race 1:07:38 [4] 6.17 km (10:58 / km) +190m 9:30 / km

High Brow - Cumbrian Galoppen - Blue. Very windy, blustery, rainy day. Difficult to see terrain and map in the drizzle, and became very tired very quickly in trying to run/stumble through the terrain into the wind.
Its going to take a while to get my "real" fitness back. Side felt sore/uncomfortable during and after.

shoes: Salomon Fellcross

Kirkby Moor with Selwyn & Lecky. Started quite quick with Lecky & dropped Selwyn. He was suffering on loop around to mast, which we missed out and used track below. Then went ahead with Lecky, and as we stopped on Shooting House Hill, Selwyn caught up. They both left me on the final climb - felt it had been a series of surges with Lecky - then some stops as Sel not going well - then a beasting at the end.

Bathford - Bannerdown - Charmy bottom - Little Solsbury - St.Catherines valley - Bathford with Grev. He was suffering.
