Lovely autumn day - some broken cloud. Kirkbymoor, started up Shooting House Hill, then along Gunson Height to Wind Farm. Managed to jog all the way up SHHill, and then jogged all the way up nasty climb of Out Park at the end. Tshirt and shorts at start, just shorts after half-way :-). Better time by 4.5 mins - left leg better but still not feeling strong.
The "smell" has returned as normal(?).

Drove minibus to Calf Hey, Haslingden for NWJS with Jo Cleary and Nadine Newby. Relay training day - made up team with Daniel Spencer and Jo. Last leg against M/W18s ha, ha, ha. Struggled through and finished.

Dropped bike into Gill Cycles. Jogged up Gill Banks, around to Flan Fell & The Hoad. Very slow, not feeling energetic in wind under dark skies.
