Old Hall Farm, Lowick, Torver, Coniston, Brantwood & return. Started slow and faded - as soon as turned along side of Coniston at Lowick then squally rain started coming through. Extremely damp all around the lake. Tired all the way and happy to complete the loop.

Out with Jo - Haverhwaite playing fields, Fishouse Lane, Roudsea Wood, Estuary dyke & return. Muggy and felt I worked quite hard, difficult to talk most of the way around and died up last incline.

Out with Angus - Croftlands, Birkrigg, Scales & on way to Gleaston the boy had a slow puncture. Pumped up tyre (twice) and retraced steps - mostly downhill on the return.

First attempt - can't do all exercises - some are good I guess.

Start of new phase - absolutely hissing down with rain. Exaggeration to call the shuffle a run but it was faster than a walk. Down towards coast road, then up croftlands parallel to rakes lane and down big dipper. Exceeded 15minute target :--).
