Walk with Angus up Black Combe to watch fell race. Rhys FR won, Todd Oates in 4th - impressive.

Park at Birkrigg, to Ulverston, Hill Fort, Urswick & loop back around Birkrigg.
Slow and steady after walk up Black Combe.

Standard Gleaston, Dendron loop finishing over Birkrigg.
Then shot down to Alex Hutt unit to see Angus.

Run with Steve Buckley & Roger Smith from Gummers How car park. Up Gummers How, into Blakeholme, loop around and into fields behind SImpson Ground and back through woods. Efforting all of the hills - lovely sunny day.
6 PM

Run tempo 45:00 [3]

UVHS group on school fields.
Warm up, pyramid session, circuit of school grounds, warm down. Very tired.
