Out in the snow with Will n Angus. From Bardsea across Birkrigg, Urswick, Hil Fort, Driving Range, long bridleway. Sunny and warm whist running - effort up bridleway and tired at end.

Cold, ice and snow still on tracks and paths.

Run loop around estate to look at lights then run short & long hill reps.
No energy after morning run so going very slowly - 1 long and 2 short reps.

Ran to north of Blawith to check Turkey race control sites - all pegs still there. Then did loop around Beacon Tarn. Beautiful colour in sun.
