Turkey Race - Rusland Beeches. Carol had hidden the controlsbehind features. Ran off the map 6-7 on the long leg, but corrected to only give a 3/4minute error. Control 8 the kite was hidden on the floor behind a small boulder in the re-entrant. Was within 3 paces of flag and then ran off to run a different loop, and found it on return - 2/3minutes wasted.

Helped collect half of the kites.

20min warm up, 4 x 70sec hill reps in snow, slow walk/jog back from trig point as Will eating 4 crumpets10mins before start resulted in two baaad stiches.

Out in the snow with Will n Angus. From Bardsea across Birkrigg, Urswick, Hil Fort, Driving Range, long bridleway. Sunny and warm whist running - effort up bridleway and tired at end.
