Warm up for 15 mins and then did 3 x 10 minutes at tempo pace. I was planning on doing the first one at 5min/k and then the 2nd and 3rd a bit faster but I didn't really have it in me, so they were all at 5min/k.

Late run. I wanted to get out and watch the amazing sunset so just ran back and forth along the water. Ran past the track on the way home and did 4x400 meters. Decided the only way I could run fast was with real inspiring music so I listened to one song for every interval :)

1.29 for Survivor with Destiny's Child, 1.24 for The Pretender with Foo fighters, 1.25 for Hall of Fame with The script, 1.27 for Survivor again ;)
