Did a walk with some friends in the morning so wasn't sure I had enough energy to head out again but it was a great day so I finally dragged myself out and happy I did! Longest in a while, looking forward to building up my long runs again.

Jog from home with Filip, a loop around the forest and finished at the track.

Drills and some sprints and then 10-15 mins of strength, I mostly did jumps.

Straight home after. This was my third time on the track in one week, haha.
