Did have much time between getting dropped at home and meeting up my friend Amanda at the subway. Ran down to the track - my first time here! Will probably go more often from now on. Did 5 x 400 to try to shock the body a bit - I haven't run fast in ages! Didn't max it but it was still pretty uncomfortable. On the last one I tried to see what I had in me for the day. Have some stuff to work on!
